Then, our Immediate Past-President, Wagner author and speaker Dr Peter Bassett takes a fresh look at Wagner’s Der Ring des Nibelungen and invites you to rethink ways in which it has often been interpreted. Getting to know and appreciate this great work is a lifetime’s adventure. Peter’s presentation will prepare the ground for the Brisbane production later in the year, so please put it in your diary.
